Our flat hierarchy, in which there is only one hierarchical level outside the teams, helps us with this. We also encourage open discussion about the orientation and development of our products for our vision of improving traffic. We don't want you to work on 'any' product, but also stand behind what you achieve at Graphmasters. At Graphmasters, you decide for yourself how you want to work and which tools you need for this. You also get new purchases quickly and without bureaucracy. As individual as your working style is, so is the work of each of our teams. That's why each team decides for itself which tools and processes it wants to use to support its work. And you can also participate in this and adapt the work in the team to new challenges again and again.
Monthly forums
Each month, we share updates on features and processes in a company-wide forum. Everyone stays informed and can give feedback. It strengthens the feeling of working together on our products and highlights individual achievements. The forum is also for new ideas and personal matters. These meetings are a great way to get to know colleagues better and stay updated on company developments.
